The day starts at 9 am and ends at 5:30 pm everyday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Location<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WG1 (in-person)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>H-103 on both the days. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If required for breakout, other rooms are available on standby. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WG2 (with hybrid requirements)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D-101 on both the days. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meeting room on 5th floor in the same building (D block) is available for breakout. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resources available in each room: 1) 1 chord mic and 2 wireless mics; 2) Surround speakers 3) Projectors with aspect ratio 16:9 4) Boards and chalks 5) Network connectivity 6) Camera for video calls <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transportation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>5th December: Pick-up schedule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bus 1<\/strong><br>Red Fox &#8211; 8:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bus 2<\/strong><br>Lime Boutique Suites &#8211; 7:40 AM<br>Le Meridian &#8211; 7:50 AM<br>Radisson &#8211; 8:00 AM<br>Hotel At Home Suites &#8211; 8:10 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The bus will start at 5:30 pm from the campus to drop the participants to their hotels after the meetings are over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be a lunch break and two tea breaks.
