The first round of Partnership Groups are underway. CompEd Programme Co-Chair Michelle Craig says “we are excited to already have nine groups getting together to plan out their collaborative research in computing education”. The CompEd Partnership Projects Initiative aims to bring people together from all across the globe with a shared passion for improving computing education through research. “Already we have 26 people from 16 countries on all six inhabited continents! And everyone from experienced researchers to those just getting started”. We’ll be checking in on the groups soon, but already it looks like they are doing exciting work.
It’s not too late to join a Project Partnership Group, with the next round of applications due on the 1st of September.
